Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage the company’s franchising activities and expansion initiatives
-Handle franchise inquiries, evaluations, and coordination with prospective franchise partners
-Ensure compliance with franchising laws, rules, and regulations in Kuwait and other GCC countries
-Prepare, review, and coordinate franchise-related documentation, agreements, and operational requirements
-Work closely with management in developing franchise opportunities and market expansion plans
-Provide support to franchise partners in relation to operational standards, brand requirements, and business expectations
-Coordinate with concerned departments to ensure proper franchise onboarding, implementation, and follow-up
-Monitor franchise performance and ensure consistency with company standards and brand image
Requirements:
-Proven experience in franchise management, franchise development, or business expansion
-Strong knowledge of franchising regulations and legal/compliance requirements in Kuwait and GCC countries
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
-Strong business acumen and ability to build professional relationships
-Ability to handle multiple franchise-related matters with professionalism and confidentiality
-Strategic, organized, and capable of working independently
