Our client, a globally renowned EPCI powerhouse, is seeking three (3) experienced Construction Managers to lead end-to-end fabrication execution for major offshore projects in Oman.

This is a rare leadership opportunity for professionals from top EPCI organizations in the Middle East or Asia Pacific who have deep expertise in offshore fabrication yards, managing topsides, jackets, structural, and piping systems at scale. If you have 15–20 years of proven experience in fabrication execution and the drive to lead high-performance teams, we want to hear from you.

Construction Managers - Offshore Fabrication Projects

A key leadership role at our client's Oman fabrication yard, the Construction Managers (3 nos) oversees full execution of offshore projects (topsides, jackets, structures, piping), ensuring safe, timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead all phases of offshore fabrication execution
Drive fabrication schedules and manpower deployment
Coordinate engineering, QA/QC, HSE & subcontractor teams
Monitor progress, costs & report to senior leadership

What we’re looking for
Mechanical / Production Engineering Degree
15–20 years in Oil & Gas fabrication & construction
Offshore fabrication yard experience essential
Top EPCI company background — Middle East or APAC
