We are hiring a Head of International Business Development (GCC Region), a leadership role that drives growth, client acquisition, and P&L performance across the GCC. This is a strategic opportunity for senior professionals with deep regional expertise, particularly in Saudi Arabia, to lead business transformation and expand market presence.

International Business Development Head
Industry: Energy | Manufacturing
Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
Lead international business development and drive strategic growth throughout the GCC region. Manage P&L, client acquisition, and market expansion for Assurance Services across multiple industries, including the oil and gas and manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive GCC growth strategy and market expansion
Lead client acquisition and stakeholder engagement
Own P&L, revenue growth, and profitability targets
Strengthen regulatory compliance and operational excellence
Build brand presence and strategic partnerships
What we're looking for:
18+ years in business development/leadership roles
Engineering background (MBA preferred)
Strong experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Proven P&L ownership and transformation experience
Established network across GCC markets
