Position: Junior IT Support Executive
Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Computer Engineering or related field
Salary: AED 5000 to 10000 (estimated)
Location: United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
Assist in supporting ERP systems including modules such as inventory, finance, and procurement
Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware-related issues efficiently
Provide basic network support and assist in maintaining system connectivity
Offer client assistance and remote support for technical concerns
Ensure timely resolution of IT-related queries and maintain service quality
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
Basic knowledge of ERP systems and business modules
Degree or diploma in Computer Engineering or a related discipline
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Valid UAE driving license is required
