Carlson Recruiters is partnering with a healthcare provider in the UAE to recruit a Family Therapist (Psychologist) with a strong interest or background in art-based therapeutic approaches.
Role Overview
You will deliver individual and group therapy sessions, using creative and evidence-based techniques to support clients’ emotional and psychological well-being, while working within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
Utilize art and creative therapeutic techniques to support clients
Maintain treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation
Collaborate with psychologists, psychiatrists, and allied health professionals
Participate in case discussions and care planning
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Psychology
Experience or strong interest in art therapy / creative therapy approaches
Ability to work with diverse therapeutic tools and techniques
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be an Arabic speaker
Open to candidates from wellness centres and longevity clinics
Open to candidates outside UAE with experience and who is eligible for a DOH license
