Position: Catering Operations Manager
Qualification: Estimated Qualification like bachelor’s degree holder, Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
Salary: AED 5000 to 10000 (estimated)
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complete catering operations across industrial and hospitality sectors
• Manage site operations, staff allocation, and ensure smooth daily service delivery
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and overall client satisfaction
• Monitor operational costs, manpower planning, and inventory management
• Coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal departments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulatory requirements
Requirements:
• Proven experience in catering or food service operations
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle clients professionally
• Knowledge of UAE catering standards is preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational sites simultaneously
