Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Post Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3–7 years of experience in HR roles, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
Ability to maintain a positive work environment and handle employee relations effectively
