Key Responsibilities
Manage the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, tendering, and purchasing processes
Evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards
Process purchase orders and monitor delivery timelines
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships
Coordinate with internal departments to align procurement with project requirements
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry standards
Analyze procurement data to improve efficiency and cost savings
Support tender documentation and bid evaluation processes
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles
Formal procurement training or certification is highly preferred
Experience in water management, sanitation, or infrastructure projects (O&M, construction, network works)
Strong expertise in tendering, vendor management, and contract negotiation
Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Omani nationality (mandatory requirement)
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS or equivalent)
Experience working on government or large-scale infrastructure projects
Knowledge of procurement compliance and regulatory frameworks

OMR 900 – OMR 1,500 per month (based on experience level and procurement expertise in Oman)
