Job Description
The Role:
As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various functions. You will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with labor laws.
Manage recruitment processes and onboarding for new hires
Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues
Assist in performance management and employee development
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Participate in HR projects and initiatives
Team Structure: You will work closely with the HR Manager and collaborate with department heads across the organization.
Ideal Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical HR skills and essential soft skills to effectively manage HR functions.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
