We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Neurologist to join our medical team. The successful candidate will provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with neurological disorders, delivering compassionate and evidence-based care.
This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to clinical excellence and patient-centered outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments and examinations for diagnosis and treatment planning.
Manage acute and chronic neurological conditions including but not limited to epilepsy, movement disorders, neuropathies, and cerebrovascular diseases.
Interpret diagnostic tests including EEG, MRI, CT scans, and lumbar punctures.
Develop individualized treatment strategies and monitor patient progress.
Educate patients and their families about neurological conditions and care plans.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care delivery.
Participate in ongoing clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain detailed medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
Board certification in Neurology.
Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice.
Minimum of 5 years clinical experience as a Consultant Neurologist.
Proficiency in neurological diagnostic tests and treatment modalities.
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
