Job Title: Facility Manager – MEP Services
Qualifications & Experience:
Engineering Graduates/PG / Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facility Management
8–12 years of experience in facility management, with at least 3–5 years in MEP services
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
Experience in managing large-scale commercial or industrial facilities
Mandatory UAE experience
Understanding of safety, compliance, and regulatory standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
