Job Title: Project Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
Engineering Graduates/PG in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering
2–7 years of experience in real estate, construction, or property development projects
Requirements:
Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and real estate project requirements
Experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and reports
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera)
