Key Responsibilities :
• Manage office supplies with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
• Handle documentation and maintain up‑to‑date product information for the luxury food range.
• Provide clerical support, answer calls, and respond to inquiries with clear product knowledge.
• Maintain and update employee lists tailored to the needs of the Food & Beverage team.
• Integrate digital and physical tools into the sales support process to exceed client expectations.
• Offer backup administrative support for sector‑specific issues, including orders, documentation, and coordination.
What You Need to Have :
• Proven administrative experience in the luxury Food & Beverage industry.
• In‑depth knowledge of luxury food products and brands.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills that match the standards of a luxury brand.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related productivity tools.
