Civil Supervisor
Job Location : Oman
Job Details :
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5–7 years in civil maintenance and construction works
• Experience in building repairs, finishing works, and structural maintenance
• Healthcare or commercial building experience preferred
Key Responsibilities :
• Supervise daily maintenance work in respective departments
• Manage technicians and assign tasks
• Ensure safety standards and compliance
• Maintain equipment efficiency and reliability
• Handle preventive and corrective maintenance
Skills Required :
• Strong leadership and team handling skills
• Good troubleshooting and technical knowledge
• Communication skills (basic English required)
• Ability to work under pressure
