Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Medical Director – Physiotherapy Services for their client in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, which is a highly reputed physiotherapy and physical rehabilitation center with over a decade of clinical excellence, known for delivering advanced rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, and patient-centered care.

We are looking for licensed Physiotherapists with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (Master’s preferred) and a minimum of 15 years of clinical experience, out of which at least the recent 5 years must be in a leadership role within a rehabilitation center or physiotherapy practice. Candidates with experience in private healthcare settings and a strong background in business development and operational management will be preferred. An MBA or postgraduate qualification in Healthcare Management would be an advantage.

The Medical Director – Physiotherapy Services will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and clinical oversight across all physiotherapy services. Lead and supervise physiotherapists, technicians, and support staff, ensuring high standards of clinical care, professional development, and performance management across the department.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the physiotherapy department to ensure efficiency, patient satisfaction, and service quality. Develop and implement clinical protocols, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, professional standards, and internal policies, and maintain strong clinical governance frameworks.

Drive business growth by identifying new service lines, expanding rehabilitation programs, and developing partnerships with hospitals, sports organizations, corporate clients, and insurance providers. Monitor financial performance including revenue generation, cost control, and profitability. Analyze key performance indicators such as patient volume, utilization rates, and service margins, and collaborate with finance teams on budgeting and forecasting.Lead innovation initiatives, enhance service offerings, and ensure the center maintains its position as a leader in physiotherapy and rehabilitation services in the UAE. Foster strong stakeholder relationships, including physicians, referral networks, and external partners, to support sustained growth and patient acquisition.Ensure a premium patient experience aligned with the center’s brand positioning, maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes. Mentor and develop clinical teams, promote a culture of excellence, and support continuous professional development across the organization.This position is responsible for driving and managing the organization’s P&L.

Salary : upto SAR 50,000 per month plus performance incentives and family benefits (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative. The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews).
