Project Manager
Looking for individuals who have Retail and Banking background who can support our Retail related projects. Experience should include SAP, POS, SalesForce integration, Loyalty and Payments platforms.
Job Description and experience
– Ensure Project is delivered on time and within budget, meeting agreed scope and quality criteria
– project planning and project implementation aligned with the organization’s standards and policies.
– Responsible for coordinating timely project meetings, producing meetings minutes, and following up on any necessary action items
– Engage in consistent communication with the engineering team as well as the business units with respect to the status of the project
– Create and maintain project documents in various capacities (including technical specifications)
– Manage project scheduling, tracking issue management, risk management, change management, and status reporting throughout the project lifecycle Creating IT project budgets
– Maintain project management artefacts (Project Charter, Project Management Plan, Regular reporting, Risks & Issues Logs, Lessons learnt and Post Implementation Review)
– Manage the project requirements, Scope of Work
– Provide regular and up-to-date status reports to stakeholders (including reporting tools)
– Perform duties of Scrum Master when required (Agile PM ability)
– Manage procurement for project within vendor management processes, procurement policies and framework agreements.
– Ensure the Infrastructure, Network, Reporting and other project dependencies are managed
– Ensure handover to support is undertaken with relevant Acceptance Sign-off
– Conduct regular Steering Committee meetings
– Ability to context switch, understanding customer value and benefits realization and applying this effectively.
