Procurement Engineer

Hiring experienced Civil engineer to manage end-to-end procurement activities for construction projects, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, compliance with project specifications, and adherence to UAE regulations and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
– Review inquiries by checking project drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
– Prepare RFQs and send inquiries to approved suppliers and subcontractors
– Conduct techno-commercial evaluations of quotations
– Prepare vendor comparison sheets
– Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
– Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and Subcontracts as per company procedures
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil only
– 5+ years of procurement experience in the UAE construction industry
– Strong knowledge of UAE suppliers and market rates
– Familiarity with FIDIC contracts (preferred)
– Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
– Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)
