Requirements :

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
• HR certifications e g CIPD SHRM preferred 10 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in the UAE Background in contracting construction or service industries is highly desirable
• Deep knowledge of UAE labor law employment regulations and visa processes
• Excellent interpersonal leadership and conflict-resolution skills
• Fluent in English spoken and written
