Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Build and enhance applications using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Integrate CRM systems with external applications and services
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Ensure system scalability, performance, and security
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in CRM applications
Maintain documentation and follow development best practices
Support system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvements
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development
Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and CRM customization tools
Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
Mandatory: Arabic language proficiency (spoken and written)
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Familiarity with cloud platforms and Microsoft ecosystem
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
QAR 10,000 – QAR 18,000 per month (based on experience and Qatar IT market standards)
