Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end hotel development and renovation projects
Coordinate design, engineering, and construction teams
Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Oversee MEP systems integration and execution in hospitality projects
Manage stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and hotel operators
Supervise project progress and resolve technical or operational challenges
Ensure successful project delivery, opening, and handover
Maintain compliance with safety regulations and international hospitality standards

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in hospitality project management
Proven experience in opening at least 5 hotels under international brands
Strong knowledge of hotel MEP systems and infrastructure
Experience working on 3-star, 4-star, and 5-star hotel projects
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Professional proficiency in English
Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 18,000 – SAR 30,000 per month (based on seniority and Saudi hospitality construction market)
