Job Position: HSE Manager – Offshore
Company Name: DOPET (Doha Petroleum Construction Co. W.L.L.)
Location: Qatar
Requirements:
– BSc degree or higher in Engineering
– NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory)
– Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas sector
– At least 5 years in a similar role as overall project HSE in-charge
– Minimum 5 years offshore experience
– Strong leadership and decision-making skills
– Solid experience in offshore HSE management and regulatory compliance
– Proficient in incident investigation techniques
– Strong understanding of risk assessment, PTW systems, and hazard control
– Knowledge of OSHA, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards
– Experience in staff training, coaching, and competency building
– Minimum 10+ years experience as Project Manager in Oil & Gas industry (only candidates meeting this will be considered)
