Requirements:
Candidates must have prior experience working in Dubai, preferably on similar infrastructure or rail projects.
Experience in infrastructure or metro/rail projects is preferred
Strong experience in managing government authorities, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
Ability to handle high-pressure project environments and multiple stakeholders
