Employment Type: Part-time / Full-time
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience in restaurant or fit-out construction projects
Strong knowledge of plumbing, drainage, and piping systems
Experience with kitchen drainage and grease trap installations
Immediate availability preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise site construction activities and represent the contractor
Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitor civil, plumbing, and piping works for quality compliance
Track project progress, prepare reports, and resolve technical issues
Ensure safety compliance, maintain documentation, and support project handover
