Senior Planning Engineer (Construction Projects)

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to planned timelines
Track project performance and identify scheduling deviations
Prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders
Conduct delay analysis and support project recovery planning
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and internal departments
Support project control activities across multiple construction projects
Ensure alignment of project execution with contractual requirements
Analyze project risks impacting timelines and delivery milestones
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting records

Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum 8+ years of experience in Planning and Project Control
Strong background in construction and contracting projects
Mandatory expertise in Primavera P6
Strong knowledge of project scheduling, monitoring, and delay analysis
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Must be currently residing in Riyadh or Yanbu, Saudi Arabia


SAR 18,000 – SAR 32,000 per month (based on 8+ years of experience in senior planning roles within construction and contracting projects in Saudi Arabia)
