Electrical Supervisor – Facility Management
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily electrical maintenance operations across assigned facilities
Plan and assign tasks to electricians and technicians
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems (LV systems, lighting, DBs, panels, wiring, etc.)
Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely resolution
Monitor and maintain generators, UPS systems, and emergency lighting
Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations (DEWA/ADDC/SEWA guidelines)
Conduct routine inspections and prepare maintenance reports
Coordinate with clients, FM team, and subcontractors
Manage spare parts inventory and material requirements
Ensure proper documentation of work orders and service reports
Minimum Qualifications
– 3-5 years experience in facility management and maintenance fields.
– Technical qualification is a MUST for the position.
– Good level of English literacy is a must.
- Should be available to start immediately / one month’s notice
