Key Responsibilities:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in surgical/medical device field sales
– Strong preference for candidates with exposure to at least one of the following specialties:
Gynecology
Robotic surgery
Urology
ENT
Plastic surgery
– Minimum 1 year of UAE market experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi territory
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Market Knowledge & Exposure :
Strong understanding of:
– UAE healthcare system and hospital structures
– Key accounts in Abu Dhabi (SEHA, DOH, private groups)
– Experience in:
– Operating room (OR) environment
– Surgeon interaction and case support
– Familiarity with tenders, procurement cycles, and hospital access pathways
Technical & Clinical Competence :
Ability to:
– Conduct product demonstrations in OR
– Support surgeons during procedures (preferred)
– Understand surgical techniques and clinical applications
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in one of the following:
– Pharmacy
– Biomedical Engineering
– Medicine / Nursing
Preferred Candidates :
– Residing in Abu Dhabi (U.A.E.)
– Have UAE driving license
– Preferred age: Below 32 years
– Nationality: Any (Knowledge of Arabic preferred)
