Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
2–5 years of experience in leasing, real estate sales, or property management
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of leasing processes and real estate market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle client inquiries and close deals effectively
Familiarity with property listings, contracts, and documentation
Valid driving license preferred
