Job Description:
Golden Services is seeking a highly experienced HSE Officer to join our team in the Eastern Region. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations within KSA and proven site experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure implementation of HSE policies and procedures at site
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
Monitor compliance with local regulations and company standards
Prepare safety reports, audits, and documentation
Conduct toolbox talks and safety training programs
Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
Coordinate with project teams to maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
10–15 years of relevant experience (mandatory in KSA)
Strong knowledge of HSE standards and regulations
Relevant HSE certifications (NEBOSH / IOSH preferred)
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Ability to join immediately
