Job Title: Project Control Manager
We are seeking candidates from a strong EPC background, specifically with hands-on experience in cross-country pipeline projects within the Oil & Gas industry.
Key Requirements:
• Must be a Mechanical Engineer or closely relevant engineering discipline
• Strong experience in Project Cost Management within EPC Oil & Gas projects
• Proven exposure to cross-country pipeline projects (mandatory)
• Aramco approval is mandatory
• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Experience in EPC contract evaluation and change order management
• Familiar with Saudi Aramco standards and procedures
Additional Preferred Skills:
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience working with multinational EPC contractors
• Proficiency in cost control tools and ERP systems (Primavera / SAP preferred)
• Ability to coordinate with project, planning, and procurement teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Salary Package:
• Basic Salary: SAR 11,000 (Negotiable based on experience and Aramco approval is mandatory)
