Job Details :
• Minimum 1 year of experience in PRE-CONTRACT specifically within the Interior Fit-Out sector.
• Education: Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Added Advantage: Hands-on knowledge of PlanSwift or Bluebeam will be highly regarded.
• Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively with project managers and site teams.
