Job Title: Workshop Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automotive Engineering or related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in workshop operations, with proven experience in a managerial role
Relevant experience in the same field is mandatory
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of workshop operations, maintenance, and repair processes
Experience in managing technicians and workshop staff
Good understanding of vehicle/machinery diagnostics and servicing (as applicable)
Ability to manage workflow, scheduling, and job allocation
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures
