Qualifications & Experience:
Medical Professionals (MBBS with MS/DNB in General Surgery and MCh/DNB in Urology or equivalent)
Super-specialization in Urology
3–10+ years in urology surgery practice (hospital/clinic)

Requirements:
Valid medical license to practice
Strong knowledge of urological conditions and surgical procedures
Ability to perform minimally invasive and open urological surgeries
Experience in handling surgical emergencies
Good patient management and communication skills
