Job Title: HVAC Technician / Multi Technician / Chiller Technician (Combined)
Qualifications & Experience:
ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred
2–8+ years of experience in HVAC systems, chiller plants, or multi-technical maintenance
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, refrigeration cycles, and electrical basics
Ability to install, maintain, and repair HVAC and chiller equipment
Understanding of safety standards and preventive maintenance procedures
Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and system diagrams
Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns
Important: Applicants must have relevant experience in the Facility Management (FM) industry.
