Job Title: Facilities Supervisor (Engineering Background – Dubai)
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Engineering Graduates/PG in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Facilities Management
3–8+ years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or MEP supervision
Experience in commercial or industrial facility operations preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety
Experience in facility maintenance and vendor coordination
Ability to manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
Willingness to work in Dubai and handle site operations
