Engineering Supervisor
· Supervises daily maintenance operations in hotel and residence buildings.
· Plans preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
. Handles HVAC systems (FCU, FAHU, Heat Exchanger).
· Manages breakdowns and maintenance reports.
· Minimum 5 years of hotel maintenance experience required.
· Valid UAE manual driving license is mandatory.
· Must be available for 24/7 emergency callouts.
