Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage SCADA systems for water and wastewater utility operations
Oversee PLC, RTU, and control center operations and integration
Ensure system reliability, performance, and real-time monitoring efficiency
Manage NRW (Non-Revenue Water), flow, pressure systems, and data integration
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal engineering teams
Implement automation strategies for infrastructure optimization
Troubleshoot system issues and ensure minimal downtime
Lead technical teams and provide operational supervision and guidance
Ensure compliance with industry standards and utility regulations

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or related engineering field
Minimum 15+ years of experience in SCADA and automation systems (mandatory)
Strong background in water utilities or wastewater infrastructure projects (mandatory)
Expertise in PLC, RTU, SCADA control systems, and system integration
Strong knowledge of NRW systems, flow/pressure monitoring, and telemetry systems
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strong vendor management and project coordination skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
