Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
Handle HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and documentation
Oversee UAE visa processing including new applications, renewals, and cancellations
Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and organizational HR policies
Coordinate with senior management and support HR decision-making processes
Manage employee records, HR databases, and administrative functions
Support day-to-day office administration and operational requirements
Handle employee relations and resolve HR-related queries efficiently
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in HR executive or HR generalist roles
Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR compliance requirements
Hands-on experience in UAE visa processing (new, renewal, cancellation)
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and HR operations
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience working with senior management and cross-functional teams
