Job Title: Cost and Planning Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
Engineering Graduates/PG in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a construction company
Experience in project costing, planning, scheduling, and bid preparation
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of construction project estimation and cost control
Familiarity with project planning tools and scheduling techniques (Primavera or MS Project preferred)
Experience in preparing BOQs and bid/tender documents
Understanding of construction methods and project lifecycle
Strong analytical and numerical skills
