Sales Coordinators
Job Location : Kuwait
Responsibilities:
• Enter and maintain accurate data in the ERP system
• Create customer accounts, sales orders, quotations, and purchase requests.
• Coordinate invoicing and delivery orders and operations
• Verify completeness and accuracy of all documentation
• Maintain and update product and pricing information
• follow up with overseas suppliers and handle logistics
• Liase with internal teams (accounts, commercial, technical)
• monitor production statue and delivery timelines
• prepare internal memos for management approvals when required
Qualification & Skills :
• Relevant university degree
• 1 years of experience in administrative/sales coordination
• Proficiency in MS office & ERP SYSTEM
• Good problem solving, coordination, and teamwork abilities with customer focused approach
• Transferable visa 18
• Can join immediately or with short notice period
