Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all shuttering and formwork activities on construction sites
Execute formwork installation for slabs, beams, columns, and core walls
Interpret construction drawings and ensure accurate implementation
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other site teams
Oversee proper installation and dismantling of formwork systems
Ensure quality checks are completed prior to concrete pouring
Enforce safety procedures and compliance with site regulations
Manage manpower allocation and monitor productivity levels
Maintain project timelines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in shuttering/formwork
At least 3 years of experience in high-rise building projects
Strong knowledge of formwork systems such as DOKA, PERI, or similar
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Proven experience in team supervision and site coordination
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Understanding of construction safety standards and procedures
