Key Responsibilities
Design and manage end-to-end solution architecture across Oracle Fusion Finance and SCM modules
Lead cross-functional integration and ensure alignment with business processes
Conduct fit-gap analysis and define functional architecture frameworks
Prepare and review Functional Design Documents (FDDs), integration designs, and process flows
Identify and mitigate cross-module dependencies, risks, and implementation issues
Support testing phases including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Oversee Go-Live activities and provide Hypercare support
Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams
Ensure compliance with financial, tax, and regulatory requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion Cloud
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax)
Strong expertise in SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Costing, Order Management)
Proven experience in at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations
Mandatory Oracle Fusion Certification (Finance or SCM)
Strong experience in cross-functional solution architecture and system integration
Experience in e-invoicing, taxation, finance, and compliance domains
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
