Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant (IT Support & Functional Specialist)
Location: Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities
Provide functional and technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system
Customize and configure CRM modules, workflows, and dashboards
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues to ensure minimal business disruption
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Maintain system documentation and support materials
Assist in CRM upgrades, enhancements, and integrations
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the CRM system
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
5–7 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in a support or consulting role
Strong knowledge of CRM configuration, customization, and workflows
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system issues
Understanding of business processes and CRM best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work independently and in team environments
