Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary by role but may include:
Execute engineering design, review, and implementation tasks
Support project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination
Ensure compliance with quality standards and QA/QC procedures
Monitor construction and engineering activities on-site
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project deliverables
Utilize BIM tools for design coordination and clash detection (for BIM roles)
Support project execution aligned with EPC workflows and standards
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, etc.)
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in EPC or construction projects
Experience in oil & gas or infrastructure projects preferred
ARAMCO project experience is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of engineering standards, codes, and project execution processes
Proficiency in relevant engineering tools and software (role-specific)
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
