Educational Qualifications:
Diploma in Civil Engineering, or
BS / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
Minimum Experience: 5 to 10 years
Relevant experience in infrastructure and civil works is mandatory
Key Areas of Expertise:
Road construction works
Drainage systems
Causeways
Culverts and cross-drainage structures
Earthworks and pavement works
Site execution and supervision
Coordination with subcontractors and site teams
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of drawings and technical specifications
Practical knowledge of construction methods and materials
Ability to manage site activities independently
Good communication and coordination skills
Awareness of quality, safety, and project timelines
