Job Location : Kuwait
Job Details :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Architectural).
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in planning and scheduling of construction projects
• (preferably with at least 3 years of previous working experience in Saudi Arabia).
• Minimum 5 years practical experience in preparing and updating project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Proven experience in monitoring progress and performing Delay & Variance Analysis.
• Solid experience in preparing weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Ability to prepare and analyze S-Curves and Resource Histograms.
• Experience in preparing Tender Schedules and activity duration estimates.
• Practical knowledge of Variation Orders and their impact on project timelines.
• Experience in preparing Time Claims and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.
• Strong coordination skills with site teams, technical office, and project management.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work and coordinate between Kuwait Branch and Saudi Arabia Branch as required.
