Requirements :
• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Civil Estimator in the UAE or GCC region
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods materials and costs
• Proficiency in estimation software e g AutoCAD MS Excel Primavera or similar
• Excellent analytical numerical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
