Import Buyer / Customs & Import Clearance Executive
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the complete import process from purchase to final delivery
• Track shipments and ensure timely arrival and clearance
• Prepare and manage all required customs documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and clearing agents
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs laws and procedures
• Handle customs clearance efficiently to avoid delays or penalties
• Communicate with relevant authorities and stakeholders as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant UAE experience in import, procurement, or customs clearance
• Strong understanding of UAE customs regulations and documentation processes
• Experience working with freight forwarders and clearing agents
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
