Job Title: Supervisor (Interior Fit-out)
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field
7–10 years of experience in interior fit-out projects
UAE project experience is mandatory
Requirements:
Must have proven experience in interior fit-out projects in the UAE
Strong knowledge of site execution, coordination, and project delivery
Ability to manage timelines, quality, and client requirements
Immediate availability is preferred
Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams
Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
Monitor quality of work and enforce safety standards
Track material usage and site progress
Report site updates and issues to project managers
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
