Job Position – Logistics Officer
Location: Qatar and KSA
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end logistics operations including transportation, delivery scheduling, and coordination with suppliers and site teams
Handle procurement activities such as sourcing, RFQs, price negotiations, and preparing LPOs
Coordinate with local and international suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
Track shipments, monitor inventory levels, and maintain proper documentation (invoices, delivery notes, customs clearance if required)
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance
Ensure cost-effective purchasing aligned with project requirements
Collaborate with finance and project teams for budgeting, approvals, and reporting
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and procurement within Qatar or GCC (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of local suppliers, pricing, and sourcing strategies
Hands-on experience with LPOs, RFQs, and vendor negotiations
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar is a plus)
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Valid QID and immediate availability preferred
