Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified talent
Identify employee training and development needs through performance analysis
Coordinate, schedule, and implement training programs and workshops
Monitor training effectiveness and support continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare, maintain, and analyze HR reports and recruitment metrics
Collaborate with department heads to align hiring and training needs with business objectives
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment and training
Strong understanding of HR processes, job requirements, and talent acquisition strategies
Good command of English (written and verbal)
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics system is preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
